4 med. potatoes
1/4 c. bacon bits
>1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Wash potatoes and bake; let cool. Cut in half and scoop out, leaving a little meat skin. Deep fry skins until they are just barely brown, drain. Add cheese and bacon bits to potato skins.
