1 ½ lb potatoes
1 whole garlic head with skin
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp milk

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Expose the garlic cloves by chopping the head off and rub it with the olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Use  foil to wrap the garlic and roast until tender.
